Serve as a host for our guests at the Brown Bag grocery distribution on Mondays. Volunteers help prepare light refreshments, greet guests, and share in fellowship. Serve weekly (as available) on Mondays 8:45-11:00am.

Blessings of Bread

Also known as “Panera Pickup.” Pickup leftover bread on Saturday nights from the Vestavia Hills Panera Bread at closing time and deliver to the church the following morning. Bread goes to recipients of our cooperative grocery ministry. Volunteers serve 2-3 times per year.

Altar Guild

Help prepare the sanctuary for worship services by caring for the altar appointments, changing paraments/linens, and decorating for special services and seasons like Christmas and Easter. Volunteers serve for about two months per year and collaborate on special decorations.
